Instructions
- Rinse and trim the green beans, snapping off the tough ends.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the green beans and coat them with the garlic and oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and crisp.
