- Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear the ribs in a large pan over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the ribs from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan; sauté until translucent and aromatic.
- Stir in beef broth, grape juice, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Place the seared ribs into a roasting pan and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil and roast for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.

For deeper flavor, consider marinating the short ribs overnight. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
