Description

A tender turkey dish marinated with sweet maple syrup and tangy Dijon, perfect for autumn and winter gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry. Place it in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the glaze over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove the turkey and let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice into tender pieces.
  6. Drizzle any leftover glaze over the sliced turkey before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
