- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasoning of choice (like taco seasoning or a favorite burger blend)
- 2 tbsp oil for greasing the cooking surface
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- Shredded lettuce
- Tomato, diced
- Pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Mix together the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create the sauce.
- Preheat a Blackstone griddle, cast-iron skillet, or a regular pan to medium-high heat.
- Divide the raw ground beef into six equal parts. Gently smash the beef down onto the tortillas, covering the surface.
- Sprinkle your seasoning of choice over the beef.
- Grease your cooking surface with oil.
- Place the tortillas down onto the cooking surface with the beef side down. Cook for approximately 2 minutes.
- Flip the tortillas and immediately sprinkle the beef with shredded cheese. Cook for an additional 1-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add desired toppings, fold like a taco, and serve.
Notes
