Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
- Add in the granulated sugar, then mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the creamy mixture.
- Stir in the diced strawberries until just mixed.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with a splash of water or milk.
- Serve the cookies after glazing and allow them to set for a few moments.
