Description

A creamy, cheesy casserole of tender potatoes that’s a perfect side dish for family gatherings and cozy meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  2. Combine the cubed potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
