- 2 cups bell peppers, diced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, and diced bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the rice is tender and fluffy.
