Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup creamy hummus
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping the turkey bacon, cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots.
  2. Spread the hummus over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the chopped turkey bacon, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers on the hummus.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle balsamic vinegar if desired.
  5. Wrap the tortilla from one side, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  6. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
