- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Combine the diced watermelon, kiwi, honey (if using), and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, allowing the vibrant colors to mix together.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them just below the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.
