Description

Enjoy a refreshing summer treat with these easy-to-make Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles, blending juicy watermelon and vibrant kiwi for a deliciously fruity experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced watermelon, kiwi, honey (if using), and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, allowing the vibrant colors to mix together.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them just below the top.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.

Notes

These popsicles can be made several days in advance and stored in the freezer for a ready-to-go treat. Adjust fruit types based on preference.
